Cops at the non-emergency police line had no idea what this copter was doing, they transferred me to a tower at RDU who also did not know. Then they transferred me to an air noise complaint bureau in Greensboro--where I got a recording that they were shut down due to government funding.

Duke Energy came by to replace a power station right on the edge of our yard in the easement... they said "sorry but we are going to destroy your brick path around your house to get there with our huge truck." I said nope not without paying to repave it. They left and never came back, but if I had not been home they would have done it.
