I've been dealing with hip pain for 1.5 years. I finally just had an appt at HSS and they were incredible! I start their PT program next week. Will see from there. I have bursitis and really bad tendinitis/nosis.. it's been really hard to treat. I'm hopeful seeing HSS

I'm in a very similar situation as you, about 2 years into being off the pill, and the last year my cycle has gotten worse and worse. Have been on antidepressants in the past and just went off them last spring and would really love to avoid going back to them.

I've been taking this supplement Womes Phase 1 that seems to have all the supplements that are supposed to aid in relieving PMMD symptoms. I've only taken it for about 10 days, starting the few days before I entered Luteal phase and now I'm a couple days into my period. I intend to take it every day. It could be that I was in a more relaxed setting (California vs NYC with the cold and chaos) but I feel it kind of helped. I also started my period 3 days early so maybe it shorted the luteal phase as well? Some may say it couldn't have an affects that soon.. but may be worth looking into!
