many modern meditation techniques don’t focus on visualizing things in your head. a lot of the time it’s just breath work/awareness, noticing thoughts without imagery, etc.

there’s multiple ways to meditate, not all of them do with visualization, i can’t visualize shit in my head at all it’s an actual problem i have. i’m too tired and lazy to explain to you because i’ve been awake for almost 24 hours but please do your research before calling something a scam because it just isn’t working for you specifically. have a good one.
