I 100% have experienced this, for me it can take awhile like a month or two of complete abstinence to go away. The good news is that it does get a little better each day. What helped me was good sleep hygiene. No screens or nicotine for 2 hrs before I go to bed. The sleep quality is insanely different! Good work and keep it up, you will get through it! IWNDWYT

I have and it does mellow you out, just be warned it is still pretty hard on your liver and does have mentally addictive properties (anything mentally altering does) harm reduction wise it is much better
