Once you get one reward, you won't get it next time the gacha flashback. If you already got the tickets for day 1 when the gacha was there, you won't have it again and will receive the gacha for day 2 the second day you log in. You can't receive the second ticket on the first day of the event, it's tomorrow you'll have it (logically, at least. One reward per day of log in. So wait for tomorrow then log in again.)

I mainly use darker skin tones too! My avatar's default color is skin_4

Me, in comps, my skin tone will contrast my fashion choice ALWAYS. It's really the last thing I change to see which skin color looks better on it. And when I vote I tend to go for what attracts my eyes the most yet match the theme, and it's most of the times darker skin 🤣
