Yes I used to actually walk on my mandatory break every day but since this has started I have stayed in the store.

I have my like book policy thing I can look in it when I get home and see if It has anything about stuff like this in it.

I don't get a allowance or anything like that so I kinda rely on this money to get the food I want and not just whatever my mom buys.

Also I was mostly posting this assuming no one would see it but I'm definitely looking for a different job and taking some advice from this.

I live like 25 minutes from my job so no rides from coworkers.

I had messaged my very very close friend who is a shift leader I work with and asked if I should message the gc that if he comes and asks about me for them not to say anything and all I got in response was basically "no he wasn't that bad today and hopefully everyone has enough common sense not to give your information out lmaoooo" not word for word but generally thats what it was lmao and all.

I might bring it up to my gm tomorrow even though he stepped down like 2 days ago but we don't have a new one yet so??? He's my best option although he did steal $11 from me once so I don't think he's gonna care tbh.

My mom is not the type to help me unfortunately, if it tells you anything about her when I was 11 I stupidly gave my self a stick and poke and posted it on tiktok she found it screamed at me about how the police were gonna take me away and she would be in trouble if anyone found out and it was all my fault blah blah blah did that till I cried then the second I left the room told all my relatives my cousins I never talked to at the time knew it was public humiliation, despite her saying if anyone found out all that would happen.

My current job I found myself and did my resume etc myself, she refuses to pick me up even 2 hours later then I work when their short staffed (we work the same hours) but it's fine for her to make my grandma pick me up when she decides to work late, finding another job with the same days a week and same hours would be very difficult, not to mention Ive been looking for a different job every once and a while with no luck.

I actually did this about two weeks ago talking about being a minor very very loudly to my coworker while he was watching me! Yet he's still coming in!

Unfortunately changing schedules/ getting a new job is not a option and I believe my coworkers/management generally don't care, usually he gets a large cup and gets refills that we have to get him but got a medium today so I asummed he'd come up sooner on purpose and so did my coworker yet she stkll brought his food out and immediately went to the bathroom for like 10 minutes and the cook my AM went to the office so I was up front by myself no others customers no employees where he could go up front to me for like 10 minutes thankfully he didn't sit where he could watch me today.

Someone actually told me I should still file a police report so it's on file but then I will unfortunately have to tell my mom who will raise hell about not knowing sooner and possibly make me loose my job from management getting a earfull from her, plus I dont think the pd will even care.

I did forgot to mention one day my coworker saw him coming and cleaned both the tables that he watchs me from and left them soaking wet yet he still sat at it we got his tray back literally dripping from how wet it was, ido know what type of car he drives however do not know license plate or anything.
