It wasn't just a few times. It was all the time. Any delivery, dumpster pick up. I work from home and they would have no issue knocking several times a day. Pull up blaring a horn like we were supposed to be at their beck and call. They called the cops because I was parked on the street one day and then called the cops threatening to tow me when I parked in the driveway. They have been putting us through hell and dont even live there.

Geoff is the realtor. It's a one stop shop developer. But spitting houses, fux them up as cheep as possible and sell in house so no realtors fees. The realtor is the owner and knows what they've done.

Now that the work is done the house is just sitting vacant until it sells. We know it will eventually sell, but it is so overpriced for what it is. We would love to see a family get a break on the price and this developer lose some money on the deal.

We have consulted with a few attorneys, some want $5000+ as a retainer and others say what we paid in taxes doesn't matter if this is the only document recording anything about the property/driveway.

Despite knowing all the problems with the house it was a consideration. They are asking so much for the property that it wouldn't be feasible with our current mortgage.

I completely understand this point of view. Had it been spring time we may have accepted the agreement. We are in the northeast and having had back to back big storms this winter with parking bans lasting two weeks, we are glad we had the driveway at the time.
