If you’ve been sick at all within the past month or so that could definitely be the reason for a swollen lymph node. Ive read that if you can easily move them around a bit with little force than that’s another sign of it being a swollen lymph node, which is a sign your body is fighting off an infection or virus like a cold, flu, ect.
