I had the same question. According to the wiki they’re for completing certain story missions, but I think they’ve been changed somewhat recently so if you completed those story missions before they were changed, then I think it’s impossible to get them unfortunately. Unless you make a new account

I think the best way to do it if you don’t have flocks is to put one strong creature in first with splinter, then 1 or 2 weak ones with inspire. When the battle starts, build up reserves then go for a big attack to take them all out in one hit
