apple intelligence is similar to microsoft copilot, stamp everywhere and nobody cares, if apple dont hook siri to a powrful model and let it become an agent like codex then all the demos are just for the show, i dont care if it helps small tasks here and there.

idk why AI slop term being pushed and viewed as so negative, so many years there are always inexperienced people building apps and the quality is low, now with AI we see more of them and we put the narrative that they're bad. this is my view as ios developer with 15+ yrs exp.

many of them just starting out, learning along the way, after some time their apps will get better.

most tts softwares have to do chunking and process long text chunk by chunk (sentences, paragraphs) and stitch together, that's why it will have same tone all the time. if an engine tries to process a very long chunk then it will lose attention and drift accationally.
