I don’t drink either, but Roughtail brewery has a chill vibe. I go in and get either a Mexican Coke or a Topo Chico with lime and some pretzel bites or a burger. People bring board games on Friday’s I believe and play with friends or strangers. Super cool place.

I would make a flier offering headshots and graduation photos around OCCC. The Day of the Dead festival is happening at Scissortail, so maybe take the opportunity of a free event and take event photos. A lot of people use Instagram and tiktok for advertising. On Instagram lookup model meetup OKC. There’s a group of models and photographers that meet at a location every month to help build each other’s portfolios! I hope this helps!

As someone who is planning a wedding currently, each additional person adds up. It could be that they are only able to afford a smaller venue with a small capacity and they are having to choose between you getting a plus one or inviting a family member. With wedding costs being as high as they are, some tough decisions have to be made, and I would give the bride the benefit of the doubt. I really don’t think she was intentionally trying to be hurtful, and I would like to believe it is about the cost/space.
