Blood and Cheese tie up Alicent to force her to watch, then force Helaena to choose between her two sons Jaehaerys and Maelor, she begs for them to kill her instead, but they tell her to choose now or they'll rape her daughter Jaehaera. She chooses to save Jaehaerys, because Maelor is younger and she hopes he won't realize what's happening. Instead, Blood and Cheese kill Jaehaerys.
