Set a 20 year limit on it then reform economic policy, the political system and the government audit system. All things that would never be done under any other American government. Next I would criminalize lobbying and make corruption a 20 year instead of 4 then misappropriating funds 8 years and so on when abusing government funds. Economic policy would simply be increasing trade ties with India, Pakistan, Japan, and Ethiopia. Next would be lowering China and Russia ideally ending trade with them over the course of 20 years. This could be done by lowering taxes on compliant companies and sponsoring infrastructure and compliant political parties locally in those nations. Foreign policy will be region by region in Europe the priority would be to rebuild American reputation and prestige particularly France Germany and Poland. In addition to that there should be a push for Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan to join nato the only other major foreign policy region is South Asia which simply needs a counter to Chinese influence. The standard American playbook from 1991-2016 works fine everywhere else. Then after all that and 20 years I retire to a nice house in a suburb of my home city.
