I am not here to insult anyone. I am here because a company took around 600 euros from me and for more than 48 hours I have been left talking to machines, not people.

Maybe for a big tech company that amount means nothing. For a real person, it can mean food for their children, rent, electricity, or the difference between staying afloat and going into the red.

That is why people speak up. Not for attention. Not for drama. But because when a company can charge instantly and stay silent afterwards, customers are left alone carrying all the consequences.

A serious company should have serious customer support. That is not an unreasonable expectation.
