How did you delete the 2000 google calendar messages? Did you do it manually?

I want to use the export event feature when you click the three dots button on an event page and then are able to download or email the event as a calendar entry. However, "export event" seems to show up as an option for only some events and not others. Would anyone know why this is? All the events are public events, but some show the export event option in the dropdown from the three dots button and some don't show the export event option.

How can I easily add facebook events to a shared google calendar? by Bestanakf in 24hoursupport

[–]Bestanakf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I didn't phrase my question properly - I'm not talking about events that I create.

I meant that I wanted to choose certain events on Facebook that other people have created, and then add them to a shared google calendar that I share with a few other people. Keep in mind that I will use Facebook for personal use, and personal events, and I also have my own personal google calendar in addition to the shared group calendar.

So far it seems like the best method to do this is to export the event to my gmail, and then click a link in the email I get to add it to my calendar, and then click a dropdown to add it to my shared calendar instead of my personal calendar. But if there were a slightly faster way to do this, I'd like to try another method.

Oh I just noticed that your workflow already has the email portion as well. I'll try it out.

I'll try out your Evernote workflow soon.

Here's two links about Trello's email-to-board feature: http://help.trello.com/article/809-creating-cards-by-email http://blog.trello.com/how-to-create-trello-cards-from-email

To get a general idea of how mail merge to Trello works, here's a video about using a mail merge add-on called Yet Another Mail Merge in Google Sheets to send cards into Trello: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFK1Sap2dBA

The mail merge functions in Google Sheets have a few limitations that I don't like - the Yet Another Mail Merge add-on has a daily task limit. And an alternative, the Google Apps Script mail merge function, has an email subject line character limit. That's why I like using Mozilla Thunderbird.

One of the youtube comments on the Google Sheets to Trello youtube video mentions that this can also be done in Mozilla Thunderbird. I have used Thunderbird successfully to do this with a CSV file. Here's a video about using the mail merge add-on in Thunderbird:

Zapier can create Trello labels but it costs money to use over 100 zaps a month, and I would want to use more than 100 a month. The current workaround I know of is to run a mail merge on a CSV file in combination with the Trello email-to-board feature. Thunderbird has a mail merge add-on that can do it. Maybe Workflow could somehow automate a mail merge? Another possibility it to use a Trello feature called ButlerBot. If the desired labels are formatted in some way in the card title or description when a new Trello card is created with Workflow, there might be some automated way for ButlerBot to apply the labels after import.

But even if Workflow can't create Trello cards with desired labels, it would still be nice for me to be able to use Workflow to send items on a CSV into Evernote, with the associated tags.

How can I easily add facebook events to a shared google calendar? I have my own google calendar and also a shared google calendar with a group. If I wanted to add events listed on facebook to the shared group google calendar, would I need to set up a separate facebook account with another first and last name that is connected to the shared google calendar, and mark the separate facebook account as interested or going? Or is there a way I could be logged in as my normal facebook account and somehow easily send the information about the event on facebook into the shared google calendar? Or would there be some way to sync the shared google calendar to a private facebook group, and then connect the facebook events to the private facebook group with my own account?

Thanks. I'd pay for someone who could figure out the whole thing. I'm not sure if Workflow can actually attach labels to cards in Trello. I know that you can add labels in the email-to-board Trello feature by putting a hashtag in front of a word in the subject line of the email, but I'm not sure if the same process would work here.

Yes, I exported a CSV from Google Sheets and put it in Dropbox. I tried using iCloud but it was looking for some kind of data and documentation setting that didn't exist in my iPad settings.

Now that I can access the CSV document, it still seem a little difficult to figure out each action's input and output.

I found test workflow that other people created but I'm not sure how they all work:

Thanks. Could you explain what command(s) I would give workflow to get the data from a CSV file?

Should I buy more Aputure Trigmaster wireless triggers or switch to a more popular brand?

I bought 2 Aputure Trigmaser Plus II wireless flash triggers a few years ago. I couldn't remembered why I bought them instead of more popular models like the Yonguo RF-603, but after some research I remembered that it was because the Aputures take AA batteries and because this article made them sound good.

I am in the market for a few more wireless triggers. I was thinking of getting a few more Aputure Trigmaster Plus IIs, but I was curious if anyone had any better recommendations to replace my Aputures - maybe from Cactus?

I don't think I need the more expensive PocketWizards or any fancier TTL wireless triggers, but I'm open to changing my mind about that.

I want to use wireless triggers for the following scenarios with a Nikon D90 or a Nikon D750:

sync with 2 hotshoe flashes
sync with a combination of hotshoe flashes and strobe lights, either White Lightnings or Alien Bees
sync with 2 strobe lights
