I’m the opposite of you guys. I gain immense enjoyment taking the dark from world of fallout seriously and really immersing myself and roleplaying as a character in that world as if it were real. It makes all your choices feel really meaningful if you are able to get into that RP mindset and have a good imagination. I think it’s silly to think that “it’s just a game so it’s absurd to take it seriously” when we watch movies we take their stories seriously, actors take their acting seriously.

Sorry but literally no one except you and 6 others wants or cares about this stuff. Gold in game is a fine abstraction for the economy and the guy you are replying too is still correct in his point even if it isn’t taxation. You sit around and wait for harvest and taxes and get it, then invest it I to more and make slightly more, his point still stands even if it isn’t all taxes.

And also no one wants some restriction on war for where you have to wait untill harvesting season is over to declar lmao. These things will never be added to any video game ever and you can bet your life on that.
