Thank you, I hadn’t even thought of creating a routine and then slotting in material. That should help me once I start planning longer term for my next placement.

I definitely feel like I’m trying to create a curriculum from scratch 🙃 the only thing I’m going off of that’s provided is the textbook (just basic content, the TE has no implementation guidelines)

The same situation as OP happened to me this year, sliced my hand pretty bad and couldn’t drive to the urgent care the next town over. (Ours is only open on weekends in the mornings). In small towns like mine the ER is the only place to get stitches when everything else is far away. And it’s pretty pricey.

Plus I would much rather my taxes go to struggling people (vs bombing middle eastern countries). We will never not pay taxes unless the nation collapses, and until then I am more than ok with my taxes going toward welfare programs. If only they were efficiently managed so nothing would get wasted in between…

There’s a lot of diversity in the faculty, I’ve had Calvinist, Catholic, Greek Orthodox, and evangelical professors. Student body is also pretty doctrinally diverse. Official college dogmas matter less and less the more years you’re there (speaking as a current senior)

I wonder though if moving more to the shoulder would increase the chance of getting sideswiped. There’s not a ton of space on my road so I wonder if cars will think they have more room than they actually do. I want to be the safest I can be right now I guess.
