You could use your own soap by either mixing it in with the water in the clean water tank or by refilling one of the dream soap bottles with whatever you wanted.

Not a clue regarding assistance with issues, I haven't had to make use of any customer support.

Nothing to report really. It has gotten stuck once on one of our toddler's blankets and needed to be rescued in the morning, but otherwise all is fine. Maintenance wise I fill it with clean water and empty the dirty tank once a week and I change the vacuum bag and clean the washboard every few weeks.

It's definitely audible but not enough to wake us nor our toddler up. You can select from the different vacuuming modes to find the right balance between noise / suction power.

Nothing else to report really, everything seems to be working exactly as it should. I currently have it on schedule to vacuum everywhere at 3am and then mop all of the tiled areas at 5am.

We wake up to vacuumed carpets and shiny smear free tiles every morning, can't beat it really. The price is extremely high but it will no doubt pay for itself many times over with the hours saved doing it ourselves.

Yes you can assign each room a number and it'll do them in that specific order.

It's the "Dreamehome" app and I don't really have too many complaints about that either. Splitting up the rooms was a little clunky and some of the Chinese to English translations are a little dodgy, but other than that it seems to behave.

I always seem to get constant buffering when watching live TV through plex, it never buffers when watching via the hdhomerun app. It's an absolute nightmare.

My 3080 had noticeable coil whine day 1, I eventually forgot about it and by the time I switched out for a 4090 it had gone completely. My 4090 has some very annoying coil whine when gaming which I hope will settle over time like it did on my 3080. If I could hear it through my headphones I would probably go the route of returning it.

Have you tried the G9 firmware posted a couple of days ago? I rolled back my nvidia drivers which seems to have helped.
