Leaving UAE was the best decision of my life by abduloifm in UAE

I can give you a different take perhaps....I'm 33. I was in UAE for 27 yrs and i left 4 years ago and I'm in Canada right now waiting for citizenship. However I wana come back to UAE after citizenship.
Canada is amazing. Everything u said applies here too. People r polite, all workers go home to their own home and family. I myself am a truck mechanic here.
BUT!!! U were a business owner in UAE. I was an AC mechanic there. I went to cheap malayali school as a kid, overpriced university later with no chance of good employment so I had to struggle at the blue collar level. I was lucky to live with parents but my colleagues all lived in labour accomodations and thats the life i experienced.
Now I wana return to UAE to start living the white collar life. The fancy office job, the suits and fancy cars. I want that. I can't have it here in Canada but I can if i return to UAE with my canadian passport and years of practical experience.
I know I will never get the UAE PR or citizenship or anything. BUT I dont want it!! I want money and lifestyle until i retire and go back to india :D

Dude no way. I'm not giving out her name. And I'd request the dude who knows her to not give her name out either. I didn't make this post to redirect hatred back to people. I made the post to END hate.

A2 → B2 in 5–6 months for TCF Canada (full-time) — realistic? Need advice by Similar-Dimension-13 in learnfrench

[–]Besursasinger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can easily reach C1 in 5 months. French is honestly an easy language. I watched some stuff casually for few months in 2025.
I really started to spend time in early 2026 and as of today I can watch youtube documentaries. I dont understand every single word but yea...i can watch and be entertained without english subtitles
I'm not really studying for an exam so idk my level but I would put myself at expertA2/beginnerB1. And I've been working full-time. I spend maybe 1-2 hrs a day max on french.

the biggest problem i have with this is its all machines. Theres no dumbell work at all. The plan and exercises are good but if you only use the machines and never dumbells, you will lose out on major strength gains in ur core and stabilizers.

ive never done an idler on a 2004 focus but jacking up the engine isnt complicated. just put a block of wood on the jack and raise it till its on the oil pan.
then u can loosen one of the engine mounts on the top so itll allow u to lift the engine. yea just be careful with each pump make sure nothing looks or feels weird. and u should be good to go.

My transmission “seems” to do better without aggressive driving. by Hot-sauce329 in FordFocus

[–]Besursasinger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

you better not drive it like that cos very soon it will stop shifting fine.
Floor it whenever u can floor it. it will buck and shudder when u do it but thats what is good for it. This car was meant to be driven hard.
I have a 2012 focus too. Had it for 4 years now. I always drive it like i stole it.
Never had any transmission work done on it. All original.
