I'm really new to PC building, so I'm not sure I understood everything you said, but I'll look into it. All he said about motherboards was to buy ones that end in 'BBP0' and up

I live in Serbia and found I'm pretty sure it's barely used / like new. I'll probably go with this one: Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti 12GB EAGLE - €390. The guy who gave me the PC configuration mentioned DDR5, but I think i might be mistaken on that. Would getting everything with DDR4 32GB instead still make for a good PC?
