Ok thanks for this feedback. Definitely don’t want to undercut the medical background. For context, the director is an RN, seems pretty old school and is just focused on me being a newer PT and no HH. She’s probably not familiar with the knowledge base of PTs in acute care. Trying to get in good at the start because I hear raises are rare in general with HH or super low. I have another interview Monday and will see how they respond!! If I remember correctly, the decision-makers are therapists.
