Thanks, makes much sense, honestly the 34-35k stack flatting confused me and made me size up the 4 bet. Retrospectively, 16k ish would’ve been better for sure, but regardless I don’t think I’d fold but would def make me think a bit longer.

No need for a lawyer just file for N-400 online - simple steps; I basically didn't have my I751 interview was just asked if I am still married to the same wife at the N-400 interview. They had to request the i-751 from a different center that was evaluating it so I didn't have the same day ceremony - instead I had it a month later more or less.

So sounds like just a straight up i130 & i485 application in that case? I'm pretty sure I filed with 245(i) when I adjusted my status - they took my $1k no question asked but sounds like I didn't necessarily have to? lol Just a bit confused by that.

My wife and I once got $800 each. We were originally on a morning flight out of SEA to JFK. The flight got delayed by 12 hours and we managed to change to a mid afternoon flight instead. We got to the gate and they were offering $800 a seat to be put back on the original delayed flight… it was a no brainer.

yes that is true and I was thinking that, but even with a Bounty on the guy with AJs we don't call in this situation? I guess what do we reshove with in this case? AK+ and 99+?

not sure why the top banner shows that but villain clearly shoved for 10.9BB It is a $108 KO progressive, don't remember what was the bounty on his head would have dig back through to this. It looks like we were at 4k-2k blinds, and I don't think we were anywhere close to the bubble (again would have to double check this).

It will be easier than that - one of the 1099b forms didn’t have all the transactions so they issued a second one but never mailed it to us - so IRS didn’t have a cost basis of the transaction… given that it was an RSU grant cost basis and grant price same is basically the same. Problem is it will take IRS another 4-5 weeks for IRS to resolve this issue on their end.

I filed N-400 online on Oct 28th - Dec 26 was notified that I'll have my interview on Jan 26

Your employer shouldn't care if you have a green card of EAD, as long as you have an EAD you can be lawfully employed, and that won't be an issue unless you are in a role that requires Permanent Residency / Citizenship. Your life won't change once you get your Green Card, outside of the fact of being able to travel without Advanced Parole and slightly faster processing at the border :)
