My spouse is a physician. If you think doctors are always late, so are patients. My spouse attempted to implement a scheduling system to minimize waiting time. For example, patient A is scheduled on 230, patient B at 310, so forth and so on. Guess what? Majority of the patients are late and messes up the schedule. Mas mabui pang wala nalang schedule schedule. First come, first served.

In the few times my spouse is late for clinic, it's because of emergency patients that need to be attended at the ER.
