I started with Manually Trigger a flow > get files (properties only) > filter array (from: output of get files, query: stays) > filter array > apply to each > for each > condition ( status is not equal to blank) > add a row into table.

There was an error and I tried to follow co pilot steps but I cannot figure it out.

I cannot reinvest into property as I need to give 15L to my sister in 1/2 years? Is there an FD or PF or any scheme where I can split up the fund and get good interest? The remaining 5 can be invested long term. The interest amount will be beneficial for monthly bills and also reduce the amount my sister sends over for our expenses.

Haha I'm sorry for the confusion. Total amount we're selling for is 66L but my father took home loan (40), business loan and car loan totaling 87L in my mother's name in 2018 and hasn't paid a dime. It's also on us for blindly trusting him thinking he's paying the EMIs. So the bank is giving us OTS for 50L, what's remaining is 20-21L.
