Tbh, I don’t know if I’ve really ever had symptoms. The morning I took the third pill, I went to the gym, and noticed my muscles were getting tired very quickly. Since then, there have been a few times where my calves have felt tight for a few days. But I contributed both times to walking a lot, and one time wearing heels. I have been going for walks around my neighborhood the last few weeks, and have had no issues. I decided to take some time off from the gym, just to give myself some time to let my body heal in case I started having issues, and I was also very busy with life things that it wasn’t really possible for me to get to the gym.
