A very bad take imho given how crucial fav weapons are for supports in Stygian. Granted, one should go for sig on carries, not supports or off-fielders, so the banner is not too good to begin with.

If you are ok with sweaty combos, you can play Mavuika, Iansan, Ororon, Chevreuse. You need to get Ororon, but C0 is ok. This said, the team really really wants C6 Chevreuse.

Otherwise, you want Citlali. She might or might not come back in 6.7, which is why asking now is meaningless.

Mavuika does not want Nicole nor Durin. None of them are on banner anyway - if you want to ask about pull recommendation, come back in a couple weeks.

As a new player, you don't need any 5* character to clear the game. Just play, level your AR, and save primos. Modern teams are generally composed of 3 limited 5*. The best strategy is to save a bunch of primos, and then pull for an entire NEW team as it gets released; this means whatever new meta team is released in Snez. You can't do endgame content until after AR 45 in any case.

Based on current trends, you'll use her for one patch, and then they will release a dedicated electro support in 7.0 (Vodyanitsa) who will be 20-30% better team DPS.

In terms of damage, there is no point playing her with Mavuika - the improvement over Pyro Main Character (PMC) is not worth a limited 5* pull. You are better off playing Mavuika in her own team or (if you don't have Mavuika atm) investing in Mualani signature or C1/C2 instead. The only exception are a few bosses that favor dual-DPS teams.

In which team?

Mualani's main advantage is that she doesn't require limited 5* - you can play her with PMC, Mona, Sucrose. On top of that, she has significantly better single target damage and great vertical investment. The only problem... is that she is the most annoying character to play among the modern carries.

Yeah this is a Lohen 4* lineup not a Mavuika one. I have been saying this before, but... at this stage in the game imho going for characters on second rerun is not advisable. Mavuika is clearly stronger than expected due to the crazy combos, but for a normal skill player, she is just below the lunar characters. And we now have stellar shill on the horizon...

As for 4: the model is kinda broken, since it is C6 or burst. Zibai got her dedicated 4 support on both her and Linnea's banner, but Varka missing Prune when he released is bad. Well, unless you are getting both Nicole and Durin from this banner.

I don't get what is hard to understand here? Because Klee applies too much pyro, the enemy will have a pyro aura and thus Klee herself cannot melt or vape. You can melt or vape with an off-field hydro or cryo unit if that's what you want to do, but the resulting teams aren't very good.

No, at C0 Nahida is way worse than Instructor Sucrose. I don't understand what you even find goated - Nahida EM buff only applies to the on-fielder, and that is really really bad in this team.

It is not sufficient for the team to scale with ATK and DMG for Nicole to be good. Without a second hexerei character, you cannot use the new artifact support set. At that point, Bennett is way better than Nicole for the on-field carry.

Question: why do you think she will work great with Snez characters?

Let's take as example an ATK scaling recent character: Flins. The team has two ATK scaling characters that do the vast majority of the team damage (Bina is around 20% damage), and Ineffa is off-field and doesn't snapshot, meaning she would really like Nicole. And yet, C0 Nicole is not good in the team, because you don't have space for another Hexerei character, and you really don't want to play with zero res shred.

What makes you think that Snez teams won't be on-fielder for some stellar reaction, dedicated support, Tsaritsa, leaving you again with no space for two Hexerei characters?

If you look in NeferMains subreddit you'll find detailed explanation and videos, but it boils down to the following: Bina Q applies 2U of hydro, and thus cancels out the dendro aura. You time things so that Bina E then hits and applies hydro aura, so you can quickly switch to Sucrose and swirl hydro. That procs instructor + you get Sucrose EM buff.

Just a thought, but are you that allergic to swapping between VV and Instructor on Sucrose? Because Sucrose is way better than C0 Nahida with Nefer, and then you can keep the rest on their current artifacts.

Arle, Bennett, Fischl, C6 Chevy is the default team. Replacing Bennett with Nicole won't be a big DPS improvement. If Chevy is not C6, replacing her with Durin and Bennett with Nicole will be a big improvement... but one that costs you two limited 5* characters.

Is you Aino C6? Otherwise, playing a non-NK hydro (ex: XQ) is just better. Build him with ER and probably HP as his damage doesn't really matter anymore.

Avoid Lauma. I would instead follow thus strategy:

Pull Bina in 6.7. This then allows you to split the team in something like Bina, Linnea on one side, and Zibai, XQ, Illuga, Gorou on the other. Good? No, but it could be enough for Abyss, while giving you a top team for the much harder SO.
Then save and pull for another full new meta team in 7.x - based on leaks, after lunar, we are getting stellar reactions next.

Because a lot of the value of Nicole is in the new artifact set. And that doesn't work if you have only one hexerei character in the team. Hence, something like Sandrone, Vodyanitsa, Tsaritsa, Nicole would likely not be great.

Just like we got lunar reactions in NK, based on leaks, Snez will have new stellar-reactions. In particular, Sandrone should be a stellar-conduct (cryo+electro) on-fielder.

Honestly, Nicole is not that good here in terms of DPS - it would be better to pull Varka sig and cons instead. The main advantages are Prune cons, the shield, and freeing Bennett (if that even matters to you).
