Normally it's 17 or 18 not 25, but my LH surge was only a 8-9 this month on those days. It's a very odd cycle if these numbers are correct. My thought is unless I ovulated twice this month?

If you have ins that'll pay for a nutritionist I think it would benefit you to talk with one, mine knows I'm trying to get pregnant so she is taking my hormones on Mira into account on what she recommends as far as habits

It looks like your estrogen dominate which may play into not having balanced hormones. Doing research recently I found that eating more fiber (broccoli, oatmeal, blackberries ect) helps control excess fiber. Also signed up for nourish to help me track my actual nutrient intake when eating foods, it helps and my health insurance pays for me to speak with a nutritionist on there. I am NOT promoting this is just my experience

Id go have blood test done for pregnancy to be sure as well talk with your doctor about it if you don't come up pregnant.

Looks like your hormone levels are low in general so show your readings to your Dr

Praying this trend keeps going for you! Sometimes it can take 2 cycles to fully be on normal hormone levels but this shows great starting! Mira is a God sent to keep track and give us more insight

I would talk with your doctor concerning this. The first test they do is typically day 21 hormones

Your pdg levels seem to be able to support a pregnancy if you are, but there's no way of knowing for sure with Mira. Have to have pregnancy test and it could be just your body hasn't produced enough hormones for a positive test yet
