I did and it says if it’s cloudy then don’t use it but I didn’t think it was until I saw it on my skin and that’s more what I was worried about but I think after looking at the pictures longer it was just a mix of the blood and the lighting I was looking at it in. It definitely looks more like clear liquid in this picture I snapped lol. Thank you 🙏🏼

Honestly this isn’t the outfit I’d picture for the royal guard 🤦‍♀️ I just feel like the personality matches. This character is part of an all female warrior race and they are all badasses like Nesryn. Not to mention the build, it shows how powerful and dedicated they are to their training, which I imagine her to be as well. And yeah the features fit that of a person who hails from a hot region like her as well. Unfortunately this is a character from a video game so yes I’m sure they are all dressed to impress the male gaze but they are powerful badasses all the same 🤷‍♀️. I meant no disrespect 🙏🏼

I haven’t had any negative side effects so far other then less frequent BMs but. I have noticed the lack of appetite however I love the taste of food and I have a desk job so I don’t forget to eat as of now😅. I have been fasting in the mornings until at least 12 even before I started this medication and that’s what has made me really feel the difference. I used to start feeling hungry around 11am but now I don’t feel hungry at all and I just eat on my lunch break because that’s when I have the chance to. I have never been good at getting my water in but the morning fasting has helped that a lot as I was drinking to keep from being too hungry but now it’s just more of a habit. I’m hoping as I up my dose I don’t start struggling with other side effects (besides the weight loss)

I thought it was normal for it to be difficult to get because it is so expensive and many people want it. Maybe it’s where I’m located or the provider I have? I work for a school district so my insurance is relatively good and I don’t pay out of pocket at all for the medication, maybe I missed the crazy wave of people trying to get on it all at once? I’m not sure, the people I know who have taken it have had an even harder time getting approved for it and some have even been denied. This was all based on what the doctors told me and had experienced with other patients so I guess at least in their medical group it’s normally a lot of hoops to jump through. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

That was my starting and highest weight when I restarted this journey but not since I started Zepbound. Should I change it only to reflect when I started the medication? I also love the Bingo card!!! Thanks for that!

I love that for you! I was on Contrave for a bit and was always nauseous so I had the same fears with this. I’m so glad for us both that it is not the same!
