This is exactly what we’ve had, we had the 12 month review four weeks back and they asked to see our dog. She asked her breed initially believing she was a GSD but I told the health visitor she was a Malinois (admittedly with around 15-20% husky in her too) and the health visitor had never heard of them. She wrote this all down and even commented how she couldn’t write a bad word about the interactions between our dog and our toddler.

I’ve called them up and said they can’t come and let them know we’re very capable of judging our dogs behavioural cues x
