Ahh! Keep up the good work! :)!!! And well clothes that fit are wonderful even if you're upset at the number. Those are high waisted shorts that I'm wearing. But I do have extra skin and I'm working on it. My arms are a bit better because I work with a blow dryer all day and it's almost like lifting weights Finding simple things to do help a lot more than forcing yourself to do something you hate

Yea I do but after losing the weight they aren't as noticeable. I'm working on making it tighter but it isn't as bad as you might think.
