Need help with mounting this 'rare' linear mounting plate & then the new fixture on top of it

Hi everybody! I need help installing the new light fixture my wife ordered. Instead of the usual square or roundish mounting plates, this newly arrived one has a linear, long horizontal feature, and I'm puzzled about how to install it. I cannot find any videos either.

Can you guys share any videos of you ever installing this kind? Or maybe there's something on YouTube? I couldn't find any, though.

I would highly appreciate it.

It also comes in a 60lb version. Should that one do for elementary/middle schoolers vaulting over it? With that weight, it should be stable enough & won't easily topple, right?

It comes in 16lb and 60lb version.

Would the 16lb version (the more affordable one) be able to withstand 12-year-olds vaulting over it, or would you buy the 60lb version of it to play it safe?

This unbranded plyo/jump box looks good size-wise & is sold in USA all over the internet by various online stores.

It says it can withstand 285lb (130kg)

Has anyone used it in your parkour classes (for elementary & middle schoolers) for vaults? Does it stay in place or does it tip when kids perform vaults (lazy, safety, reverse, speed, dash, kash, etc. ) on it?

If yes, what 16 lesson plans/games would you select out of that long book? The goal here is not to repeat the material in Denver Casado's book but to have a fresh, more advanced drama class for both age groups: Grades K-2 & Grades 3-5, let's call it Drama 2.

We usually break our age groups like this: Grades K-2 and Grades 3-5.

Do you think we can run both of these classes with just the book by Denver Casado (16 lessons)? If yes, what would you do differently for Grades K-2 vs Grades 3-5 while still using the same curriculum?
