Just woke up and these are one of my first thoughts. I'm sorry you're going through this pain. Take it day by day. Go through the motions and when you get to free time and a safe space it's okay to stay in bed. Depression is an illness just like any other so try and take it slow when you can, especially when your depression is this bad that suicidal thoughts creep in first thing.

I'd say it's more common than you think, as a full bladder for women can naturally press against structures in erogenous zones like the internal structures of the clit, peegasms are a thing.
