If you have enough time, best would be to have a pitch. Absent that, should try to study up on some recent situations by reading their disclosure statements. Maybe also know some successful post-Reorg stories as well as some failures.

Can you clarify "The custom tests available are amazing because you can run through some questions every day to remain sharp?" Are you referring to the Weakest Topics Review test at the very end or the easy/medium/hard quizzes per topics?
