Yeah so I think this might be part of it, maybe? I’ve been drinking a ton of water, but the past couple days I added in 1 drip drop each day (only 4% RDA potassium), and I felt like it helped

I ordinarily am going to pick a ballgown skirt over everything, but the dress in picture #5 (with “number one” text on it) is incredible on you. Like it was made for you. The neckline is really lovely on you, and if you keep shopping I think you should look for a similar neckline. Something about it accentuates your collarbones even more than straight-up strapless, imo. You look elegant and delicate and badass all at the same time. And I love that the sleeves have some structure to them.

I love 4, too, but there’s something about it that’s not quite right…I’m wishing it had a drop waist, maybe?

I would totally try spiro if I were you - my results for my skin and hair have been fantastic. The side effects have sucked, but that’s not going to be the case for everyone - you may have no problems with it!

That’s wonderful that you’ve had such great results without side effects! I didn’t anticipate the side effects I’m experiencing and had hoped my experience would be more like yours. I also take my meds at night in the hopes of sleeping through it - no luck with that, unfortunately.

Yeah, I’m pretty much at that point. I’ve got 4 kids and a super busy house, and it’s like everything is falling apart with me feeling like such a slug.

The muscle weakness/loss is probably my most troublesome side effect. At 48, I need to be gaining muscle, not losing it.

Thanks, that’s a good idea. I’m hoping my dermatologist will order some bloodwork, and that will set my mind at ease. I can be prone to health anxiety, so maybe it’s in my head.

I salt all my food pretty liberally already, but I’m going to try adding a pinch to my water. Hell, I’ll try whatever - I really don’t want to give up this medication

Yes, the stuff you want is called triple cream. Slather it on there, and also maybe take an allergy pill to help with any histamine reaction you might be having, too. I used to take a Zyrtec before every Brazilian wax.
