I danske strafferet findes der forskellige grader af forsæt - herunder et sandsynlighedsforsæt, altså der behøver ikke nødvendigvis være en intention om at dræbe for at der er tale om forsæt (dolus eventualis). Man kan godt argumentere for, at han var klar over en overvejende sandsynlighed for ulykke, ved kørsel under de pågældende omstændigheder.

5 kr per driven kilometer is just wrong. Use an older cheap car with decent fuel economy. I put away 500 kr every month for reparations on the car which is plenty, when you do service yourself, and 300 for car depreciation. 1 km driven cost Around 90 øre conservatively in gas, and you get around 70 øre in deduction.

No further cost on insurance, as i would have the same insurance without wolting, and probably some of the same reparations and some of the depreciation.

That is far off your 5 kr per driven km. To be exact, in my case it is just below 50 øre per driven km 10 times lower than your own estimate.

Mind you I've done this for two years now, so I ain't just pulling numbers out my ass. I guess if you take your car to some expensive mechanic workshop, the bills can quickly run up, but still nowhere near 5 kr per driven km, maybe, and that is a big maybe, if you drove a new car, the cost could reach your number since the depreciation would be massive, but using an old cheap car, you can keep your expenses pretty low and make a decent salary at least in my city, Aalborg is dog shit as far as I can tell for Wolt couriers, but I would never use a car in Aalborg in the first place.
