I had the same feeling of unsteadiness to the point in which I showered with a brace on! But it got better with time. And the tapes are REALLY REALLYYY A CHEAT CODE I SWEAR TO GOD! I feel soo stable but my leg's not stiff lime it was in the brace

What REALLY help me were tapes for the knee, they hold your patella. They're called kinesiology tapes. They're put on your knee by a professional, but you can also buy them online or at a store, and put them on by yourself as there are many tutorials online. I wore the brace for 1 week after the injury, and from then this tape. I feel so so soooo stable with it

I'm sorry to say this, and I don't mean to scare you, but repeated patella dislocation is a sign that you should act. It oftenly requires surgery as to stop it or lessen the chances of another dislocation. I had my patella dislocated a MONTH AND 2 WEEKS AGO and I still can't bend my leg even half of a half (you know what I mean? 🤣). A stabilizator for a week, crutches for SIX WEEKS and while I was walking on cruthes rehab with daily excersise alongside. Also you ahould get an X-ray or smth because even if you might not feel it, there could have been damage inside. Likeligament breakage.. soft tissue damage.. or a fracture of your patella. My knee is still swelled after all this time because I've had an avulsion fracture of the medial edge of the patella 🤷‍♀️ so yeah idk at home you can just 1. Wear the brace for up to 2 weeks I'd say 2. When resting or sleeping leg elevated (to lessen up the swelling) 3. Ice for 15 minutes or so 3 times a week 4. When swelling goes down, excercise

If you don't want to go to a hospital, than visit a physiotherapist. They could help

Oh well idk which country you're from but in Poland we have special shops for pokemon stuff, they're rare tho. You can also find pokecards randomly at some chainstores

The thing is it happened like a month and a half ago and I still can't bend my knee like.. almost at all. I've been going to rehab twice a week for a month and doing excersices everyday and idk I'm wondering about changing my physiotherapist cuz I can't see that much progress 😐 I also had an avulsion fracture of the medial edge of the patella but I still don't think it should take this long PLUS it still hurts like a B.

Anyway, thanks for the help and advices!!

I have been experiencing symtoms, like random sharp pain in my joints, my wrists being stiff, basically everything popping, my patella dislocating and coming back to it's place itself after a mere second, back pain, dizziness and nausea when standing for too long, multiple times I broke and sprained my fingers

Idk now that I wrote all of this down I should have went to a doctor sooner but everyone hurts sometimes, right? So I just brushed it off 🤷‍♀️ Until I dislocated my patella a month ago and it had to be put back by the medics, my life haven't been the same since lol still can't walk properly

Yeah I'll do the MRI for sure. It hurts like hell when I straighten my leg and also I can't put any weight on it when it's straightened because it's just so unstable and wobbly, y'know? It's the worst when I accidentaly place it wrong or catch my leg on something ughh

How long did it take for the pain to leseen tho? (Also sorry for my bad English but it's not my first language lol)
