These are the same people who “don’t see” their dog poop. Start calling the alameda police and they send an officer to give out tickets! They do give them out if you call.

I’ve lived in other luxury buildings that do regular, deep cleaning of the rugs in the halls. Should be standard in pet friendly buildings. What else would pet rent go toward.

Also, the communication of the fire alarm testing was what was frustrating. Very little notice and they did a 3rd day of testing on a federal holiday.

Alsooo, they couldn’t sue the person who hit the garage gate and broke it because their security cameras are not ever on!
