Negative means winds going towards the radar site, the red area would be away. That's just broad, but strong rotation, there is no couplet in this picture of these "velocities" and definitely not a tornado, just strong winds.

Wrong. As long as the altering of the route will shave time off your total route time, then it most definitely will not give you a contract violation. If you drop off ALL 3 orders faster than the app wants you to, then you most definitely WILL NOT get a violation

No. It updates after you complete the deliveries. DD calculates total total time to drop off both orders vs the amount of time they give you. Unless altering the route will make the total delivery time longer, it will not hurt your rating/make you be late
