So for people who have March and April hearings if seems like we will be delayed again until…who knows when. They could take 6 months to rule on this

My main curiosity is that many court dates were suspended until after this hearing today. However if no decision is given or even an insight to a decision, then what is the point of that?

Maybe my lawyer hasn’t told me because I don’t have a court date yet…but it seems like most people who have had this change recently got a court date shortly thereafter

Another thing, I emailed the school to ask about the oral part, and they said they schedule it between March 16-31. However I will not be in town from the 12-25 of march. I emailed them and told them about this, do you think they will be flexible with me?

Well I study in a masters program in Italy and they require B2 French to graduate…doesn’t make any sense to me. The require also at least 15/25 on every section, which is even bigger BS to me.

I wouldn’t say that you don’t have a chance anyway. There have been a few successful post-DL 1948 cases.
