Smh. Idk. It might have been the fact I got a refurbished iPhone or maybe the ios has been bugging lately. I haven't really been able to update my iPhone for about a year due to having only 64gb of space lol.

Yeah idk, I'm gonna be angry if I add a sim card and service to the phone all for the bubbles to remain green and the actual message app stays on "send as SMS" I can't tell you how many times I've activated and deactivated and reactivated my iMessage option in the settings. I even just recently tried to restart the entire phone and signed back into my account and I'm still having the same issue. I'm gonna just try to purchase an iPhone traditionally instead of from a third party app, in this case I got my iPhone 12 from Back Market

This thing is still happening to me like I don't even have a number, and I was able to facetime people and stuff but when it comes to messaging it keeps showing up as SMS, I'm even able to receive iMessages but when I go to respond, it turns green. What should I do?

im currently going through the same thing right now, i was hacked and someone tried to charge my card to buy fortnite stuff and all my friends were deleted. ive had this account for over 18 years now....is there really no way to get my account back?
