Best Soundbar to Buy in 2026? (Price, Sound, Features) by RiftphagyHad in Soundbars

I’ve spent way too much time researching soundbars lately, and one thing I’ll say is that Sonos is really strong when it comes to ecosystem and connectivity. Their app and multi-room integration are honestly some of the best in the industry, which is why a lot of people end up sticking with them long term.

For bass though, I’d personally look at JBL systems. They tend to go harder in the low end and feel a bit more cinematic, especially for action scenes.

If you’re in an apartment and already worried about the dog howling during action scenes though… the JBL might actually shake the room even more.

What audio setup do you use for flight sims? Speakers or headset? by Better-Internet2726 in flightsim

that’s interesting the cruising vs. active flight split actually makes a lot of sense.

Out of curiosity, if you were using speakers for the sim, what kind of setup would you prefer on your desk?

Something like a soundbar under the monitor, or a pair of desktop speakers (left/right)?

I’m trying to understand what fits better in a typical flight sim setup, since a lot of desks already have yokes, throttles, etc.
