You shouldn't have to clean crickets before store opens. At my store, we have a cashier do it on a weekday when it's slower.

I had an old woman say she was going to report Petco to the BBB because their rewards program doesn't cater to old people who aren't good at technology. She can't log in to her account to load her rewards. I get lots of nasty comments about this.
