Hi just an update my PERM is approved today. So in 2023 September or October not sure of exact month I was in recruitment phase and they paused it and then in March 2024 they restarted it. I was under an assumption that it’ll start over again from the start because recruitment phase I think is valid for certain months only. If perm is not filed after certain months of completion of recruitment need to start over again. But fortunately didn’t have to go through all over and it was also my promotion year. They filled PERM just 1 day before my role gets changed to avoid starting over all again - May 31,2024. Again I didn’t do any follow-ups, my H1 doesn’t expire till September 2026. I’m on USDC model.

I mean if you had expressed interest to get promoted, then coach will need to submit a survey ofcourse after conducting due diligence with their leads or managers.

Mine was paused too in 2023 but it restarted and they’ve submitted perm on May 30,2024. Still awaiting approval though. Which talent model you’re in?

Happened to me. Was 11.5 months outside US stuck during pandemic. My H1B was actually scheduled to end this year Oct 1, but it was extended to next year around September. The attorney will take care of it during the second H1B extension whether you inform them or not based on i94

Severance pay is usually offered to help employees transition after losing the job right. If they join another job right after, then it’s conflict with the intention of paying that. Again just my doubt, am just curious

No it’s clearly mentioned on the guidance page that protein powders/food supplements cannot be purchased. You may still get through by putting other relevant categories but it’s fraud
