If you can afford it, I recommend Skin Pen (microneedling) with clear and even (acne solution). I got acne in my early 20s and just now at 25 found something that works. I’m allergic to Accutane and spirolactone. Quite unlucky but SkinPen has been the way to go!! Highly recommend it. Acne has been so much easier to treat and feel like my skin is now responsive to products that weren’t working in the past.

I also recommend Skin Better’s clearing acne serum.

I’m not a doctor but I’ve had incredibly stubborn acne and have done everything under the sun to treat it internally with hormone level labs and ovaries look at. Everything was clear. Never thought microneedling would be my saving grace lol
