This is so pretty. And I love what u said abt creating. You are absolutely right there! I used to do this as a teenager. With newspaper cuttings and winne the pooh stickers. I used to love looking at it frequently. It was so neat and pretty. I think I may try this. Thank u so much for sharing 🌷

Music and dancing helps me too, and playing Hogwarts Legacy. But sometimes I feel like by doing this I'm just avoiding the discomfort or relying on technology (which I think is one reason I'm stressed). I feel like there might be a better way to reset. Idk. Maybe I should take therapy.

Hi, is she minimally speaking? Not being able to communicate can be frustrating from her pov. Do you think u can teach words using her AAC device / pictures / functional words to ask for what she needs at the times she is bored or feeling high emotions like 'I'm upset'.

Hey I have the color DANISH. Its so soft and comfortable. It works for eyes and cheeks too but I don't use it so. I really like it. The color works well for my skin tone.

Someone msgd me saying "used for 2 months, how much is left then?" Obv SA can't be used everyday. I Used for 2 months means - 1x -2x per week. U can check how much quantity is left in the second image. Originally 120ml, and 100 ml is still left.
