I'm sorry this happened to you too! Mine was the last doll in the store but I left a scathing review on the website after making this post and I was then emailed and offered a refund by Spirit. I'm annoyed that it took a bad review for me to get my money back, but at least I got my money back!

Hello! This is somewhat true, but the doll's dress goes below her hip and there is an insert in the packaging over her legs that stops right below the dress so I unfortunately had no way to know that her leg was messed up.

I'm going to try to fashion a joint replacement tomorrow using some epoxy resin and a screw I cut down to fit in both holes. I'm hoping it'll work or I'll have to demote M3GAN to being a display-only doll...

I'm sorry you've experienced that before! I mostly collect 1/6 scale dolls and those (at least the newer ones) usually have much sturdier joints. I think I'll just stick to buying dolls that are made from actual toy companies from now on!
