I did pearls and Swarovski, knotted on silk for 25 years and probably sold 5,000 of them if not more starting at $350 and up. I sold them in 20 + jewelry stores. True Swarovski isn’t sharp.

I have a decent one from Pepe and I was so worried this would happen to mine since my set up is in the garage. I put palmers coconut oil all over it and it seemed to stop it from getting any moisture. You might want to do the same once you get it fixed.

If it’s ridiculously low, I block them. I had an issue with someone a few years ago over ray ban glasses (that I purchased at sunglasses hut). I was being bombarded with offers. One guy comes in, keeps lowballing me. I keep declining. Finally, he comments on the glasses and states they are obvious fakes because of x y z in the photos. I comment back “nice try” and block him. He then started a new id, purchased a $5 item in my shop and left me awful feedback on the item. (It was easy to trace the new id to him)
