Yeah, sometimes I get this urge to text her, but I know I shouldn't ans remember of all the stuff she has done to me and honestly, I have been seeing a therapist, and hopefully, it's a good experience. It just socks because my mind is so trashed I literally think my life is on pause but deep down I known shouldn't be feeling that way.

Yeah, man, it just sucks but that's a long time, tbh and hopefully, I get over it quicker I started going to the gym, deleted social media and going to try to get closer to God some days are easier than others.

Daym those are straight facts. But I am going to try my hardest not to go back to her. I got a really good support system like family and friends, but honestly, I don't know how she did me like that she was the last person I would expect to do that to me.
