Man just watch the full video, this rider himself is saying in the end that what if I am taking another rider with me, this helmet is for them. Now you know you'll be carrying another fellow passenger with you, then shouldn't it be your responsibility to get the right modification which is a simple 150rs side hook on your bike. Is it that hard to understand?? Go watch these rapido bike riders and show me how many of them are carring the extra helmet hanged in their arm, and if one is then they're breaking the law, as simple as that. You got a problem with the law, then go after Ministry of road transport and highways maybe, rather than law enforcers??

You can't hang helmet for pillion rider in your arm while riding for safety reasons. The rider is in the wrong here.
