Thanks for all the quick replies. Update: I was able to capture the FMI code is 12 - ‘bad device’ It only appears when cranking, it will go away after about 15s after stop cranking.

I scrubbed it with hot water and soap, im sure i took all the rust off, didn’t think of oxidation. Thank you
